- Standard order processing time including delivery is from 3 to 6 business days for local deliveries.
- It is the time needed to enter the money in the accounts, prepare the package and deliver it. When your package is ready for shipment, I will notify you by e-mail.
- I usually ship the goods up to 5 business days, the date is counted from the date of payment confirmation on the Store’s account. If it is impossible to process the order within the indicated period, I will notify you about it.
- DHL couriers deliver shipments from Monday to Friday, from 8.00-20.00.
- Standard order processing time including delivery is from 3 business days for EU deliveries.
- Please note that delivery time may vary.
- Please take into account that deliveries outside EU organized by Poczta Polska can take a little bit longer. Be patient.
- You will see the information about projected delivery time during the checkout or in the order summary. However, it is impossible to give the exact delivery time, because of customs clearance and duties that may appear in your country.
The courier failed to deliver your parcel?
- DHL courier will make one attempt to deliver the package. If you are not at the address indicated, i.e. in the absence of delivery, the package will be transferred to the nearest DHL Parcel point. The package will remain there for collection for a period of 7 days. You will receive an email from DHL about an unsuccessful delivery attempt and the location of the package.
You don’t know where your package is? Do not panic.
- If your delivery status has not changed in 5 working days, the courier company has not contacted you about this, please let me know. I will help you determine the location of the parcel so that it reaches you as soon as possible.
